Gerard Viscido is a seasoned product executive with over a decade of experience driving product strategy, digital transformation, and innovation across financial services and fintech.

Currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at Fiserv, Gerard leads product vision and strategy for the Experience Digital Platform, with a strong focus on the intersection of AI, product innovation, and user experience.

Throughout a distinguished career, Gerard has held senior leadership roles at globally recognized organizations, including Citibank, American Express, and digital consultancy Appnovation.
A champion of human-centered design and agile methodologies, Gerard holds a Master of User Experience Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art. Gerard has also completed executive training in Business Leadership and Strategy at Harvard Business School and holds certifications in Enterprise Design Thinking from IBM.
