Nate Gardner is the Chief Xperience Officer at MX, responsible for leading the client success and people organizations as they build world-class experiences for our clients, partners, and team members. He previously served as MX’s Chief Customer Officer for 10 years, and in 2020 was named by Utah Business Magazine as one of the top CXO’s in the state. He left the company in 2022, but returned to the executive team two years later. Prior to joining MX, Nate was CEO of the international restaurant chain Costa Vida.
