Melanie Fuller: As SVP, Product Management at Mastercard, Melanie oversees the Experience and Disputes product portfolio, focusing on solving real industry challenges by helping businesses reduce fraud and providing an improved customer experience. Melanie has over 20 years’ experience driving strategic growth and business transformation across financial services, insurance and telecom industries. Prior to Ethoca, Melanie worked at Arvest Bank bringing new banking solutions to underbanked and diverse customers. Prior to Arvest, Melanie worked at JP Morgan Chase where she led Omni-Channel Servicing and was accountable for creating a seamless customer experience across retail, credit card and auto accounts in digital, call center and retail channels. Melanie is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and has led a number of initiatives to grow diverse talent throughout her career. In her spare time, she also teaches English as a second language to new immigrants and refugees. She earned her MBA from the Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University and her B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University.
How consumer expectations are evolving.
