Jason leads the retail customer digital products team at Woodforest National Bank. These products include Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Online Account Opening, and IVR. Woodforest has over 750 branch locations across 17 states.
Jason was an early adopter of the Agile framework and automation tools. He has led product development teams for over 25 years in the banking and health care industries. Prior to joining Woodforest, Jason was a Product Manager at McKesson Specialty Health.
Jason lives near The Woodlands, Texas with his wife and two teenage boys.
Carlos Kazuo Missao is Global Head of Innovation at GFT, where he guides some of the world’s leading banking, finance, and insurance companies through large-scale digital transformation journeys. Missao’s work spans the complete overhaul of legacy architectures and full cloud migrations, as well as the adoption of advanced technologies and the introduction of open banking frameworks.
Jack Howard is the Head of Money Wellness at Ally, where she leads program strategy and execution for Money Roots, a free financial wellness program that helps people uncover how their money mindset impacts their spending, saving and investing decisions.
Most recently she served as a Money Wellness coach in Side Hustlers, a reality series which debuted on the Roku Channel in March 2024.
Jack was recognized as a 2022 Outstanding Alumni by the Communications Arts and Sciences College of her undergraduate alma mater, Michigan State University. She holds a Masters in Communications Management from S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communication at Syracuse University and a Financial Health and Wellness Graduate Certificate from the School of Financial Planning at Texas Tech University.
She serves on the national board of directors for the American Bankers Association Foundation and Society for Financial Education and Professional Development, and the Boys and Girls Club of SE Michigan.
With 30 years of experience in retail banking, Apryl brings a deep understanding of branch operations, customer service, and team leadership to her role as Vice President, Retail Operations Manager.
Apryl is known for her approachable leadership style and commitment to operational excellence. Her core strengths lie in management, training, and retail operations, with a track record of empowering teams and streamlining branch performance.
Throughout her career, she has played a key role in several high-impact initiatives, including the successful implementation of an upgraded online account opening platform, the launch of a new online banking system, and upgrades to image center and item processing platforms.

Sandra is a market strategist in the banking growth office at FIS and has over 20 years experience in payments & banking. Her background includes commercial payments leadership for American Express, head of business development/alliances at Sage Software & business digital banking line of business strategy leadership, including FIS & a Backbase partner. She has led consulting initiatives and served as an executive MBA instructor in digital transformation; as well as an advisor to Payments Canada; representing the needs of small business in real time payments and open banking. Her passion for enabling a better business user experience drives her interest in API enabled innovation and ecosystem development.
Kristen Rankin serves as Regions Head of Digital and is responsible for leading the bank’s digital strategy to grow its digital presence in the marketplace and deliver solutions that meet the emerging digital and payments needs of customers. Regions is a regional bank that operates throughout the South, Midwest and Texas and is headquartered in Birmingham, Ala.
Kristen has over 25 years of experience in digital and payments strategy, product management, design and technology in the financial services industry. Serving as a link between business and technology, Kristen has led high-performing teams to adopt and leverage the latest technology and methodologies to drive transformative change.
Prior to joining Regions in late 2024, Kristen spent 16 years at Truist where she held roles including head of consumer digital servicing and payments, head of personalization and performance marketing capabilities and head of wholesale digital and client journeys. Before joining Truist, Rankin spent several years in digital banking with Bank of America and at Accenture, where she helped Fortune 500 clients translate business strategies to digital capabilities.
Rankin is a graduate of the University of Georgia and holds an MBA from Georgia State University. She is also Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
Chris Clements is the club’s senior vice president & chief financial officer, a position he’s held since 2014. In his role, Clements is responsible for organizational accounting, payroll, insurance, treasury, business systems, purchasing operations and business strategy for properties including the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium and the Formula 1® Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. Additionally, he managed all budget and expenditures for over $800 million in capital investments for projects including the Hard Rock Stadium modernization, Miami Open tennis facility and the Baptist Health Training Complex.
Clements joined the Dolphins after working at IMG Worldwide since 1996 in a variety of senior leadership positions, most recently as senior vice president and business unit chief financial officer of several sports segments in Cleveland.
In May 2023, South Florida Business Journal recognized Clements as CFO of the Year for private companies in South Florida.
In December 2019, South Florida Business & Wealth recognized Clements with the Apogee Award for being a top leader in South Florida Business. Clements holds a degree in accounting from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan.
In 2015, Clements received the Alumni Achievement Award from his alma mater, the highest honor the university bestows upon an alumnus. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Clements is the chief financial officer and treasurer of the Miami Dolphins Foundation.
He is intimately involved in the Dolphins Cancer Challenge as a board member and served as DCC VIII Chair. Clements and his wife, Sherry, reside in Parkland with their three children, Riley, Ella and Blaine.
