Reetika leads Wholesale Digital and Enterprise Innovation at Wells Fargo. The Wholesale Digital team is focused on accelerating the development and implementation of commercial and corporate and investment banking digital offerings and market-competitive capabilities. The team ensures our clients and partners are successful by providing access to critical digital tools, insights and information to help manage their business where and how they want it. The Enterprise Innovation team is focused on engaging Fintech, Venture Capital and Enterprise Partners as well as leveraging User Centered Design practices to drive digital solutions across Wells Fargo.
Prior to Wells Fargo, Reetika was the head of digital for the Commercial Bank at JPMorgan Chase, where launched best-in-class functionality across Commercial Banking digital. She also worked at Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) as the Global Head of Payments Strategy and Solutions. Reetika collaborated with SVB technology clients at all stages of their lifecycle to help them embed financial services products and solutions, leveraging the bank’s infrastructure.
Reetika continues to be passionate about elevating women within the fintech space and supporting innovation as she is on the Board of Women in Fintech, a non-profit that promotes education and networking. She is also on the Board of Fintech Sandbox, a non-profit that promotes data access to early-stage fintech entrepreneurs.
She has received multiple awards and recognition for her work in the payments innovation space;
She has Bachelor of Arts in French and International Relations from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Washington University.
