He serves as Head of Agentic AI at Randstad Digital, driving the development and deployment of AI-powered automation at scale. His work has centered on simplifying legacy environments, accelerating software delivery, and embedding automation into core engineering and operational workflows.

Earlier in his career, Raj advised leading financial institutions as part of Accenture and McKinsey & Company, focusing on strategy, operations, and technology transformation.

He is also the founder of a fintech company leveraging agentic AI to transform how banks build, manage, and evolve complex software systems, bringing a practical perspective on how AI can move beyond experimentation to reshape core technology functions.
