John Findlay

John is the co-founder and CEO of LemonadeLXP. He previously co-founded Launchfire, a
game-based promotions company that helped brands like Coca-Cola, Time Warner,
and Costco drive engagement through interactive experiences. In 2018, he co-founded
LemonadeLXP to bring that same approach to financial services learning.

Today, John leads LemonadeLXP’s product innovation, including BankerCoach—an
AI-powered voice conversation training solution that helps banks and credit unions scale
coaching, improve frontline confidence, and strengthen performance in real member
interactions.
