Matthew Parker-Jones joined Scotiabank in February 2023 and now serves as the Senior Vice President for International Commercial Banking. In this capacity, Matthew leads the strategic direction for the Bank’s International Commercial business, serving clients across Latin America and the Caribbean, focused on advancing our regionalization model, developing scalable strategies, and building a high-performing team that embodies our vision of becoming our clients’ most trusted financial partner.
His mandate includes deepening client relationships through a “cash management”-led approach. As part of International Commercial Banking, Matthew is helping deliver a consistent, scalable offering across Scotiabank’s footprint, driving sustainable and profitable growth through increased client primacy and integrated solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs.
Previously, as Global Head of Cash Management Products & Operations within Global Transaction Banking, Matthew led the Bank’s product roadmap for cash management across all of the Bank’s business segments (from Small Business to large Multinationals), leading a product management organization across North America, Central America and Caribbean, and Latin America. Matthew also oversaw the Bank’s operations, implementations, and client service teams for Global Transaction Banking.
Prior to Scotiabank, Matthew was a Managing Director with JPMorgan Chase (JPMC), where he served as a global product executive with their Payments organization. He has also previously worked as a management consultant and senior advisor to global financial institutions, payment networks, and industry bodies for topics such as emerging payments and open banking. Matthew holds an MBA from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.
Gill Haus is Chief Information Officer of Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) at JPMorgan Chase, which serves more than 86 million consumers and 7.4 million small businesses in the United States through a broad range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. In his role, Gill is responsible for an annual technology budget of about $7 billion and the management and oversight of over 12,000 technologists globally, with a common goal of continuing to build and sustain a technology infrastructure that enhances the product experiences for all of Chase’s consumers. Gill heads the Chase Technology Team and is a member of the CCB Leadership Team and the firm’s Global Technology Leadership Team (GTL).
Gill was previously the head of Digital Technology and a member of the Chase Technology Leadership Team. In this role he led the acceleration of Chase’s modernization of critical technology systems and the move of customer-facing infrastructure to the private and public cloud. He was responsible for moving Chase’s flagship mobile and web applications to adopt an open architecture model supporting more experimentation and cross-organization collaboration. A fierce advocate of diversity, inclusion and culture, Gill also revamped the hiring process to attract top talent to Chase and increase the diversity of his technology teams.
Prior to joining Chase, Gill was Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Enterprise Products and Platforms for Capital One. While in this role, he was responsible for digital engineering, architecture and tooling that empowered developers across the company, helping build and sustain an innovative technology organization, and foster a culture of excellence in software engineering. He was also accountable for the quality, availability, and scale of externally and internally facing banking products, services and their underlying systems.
Before joining Capital One, Gill worked for AOL as the Vice President / Chief Technology Officer of Content and Paid Service; for RideCharge, Inc. (now Curb), as a Senior Vice President of Technology (CTO); for PayPal as a Senior Director of Payments & Credit Product Development and for Bill Me Later, Inc., as a Director of Systems Engineering.
Gill has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland in Decision and Information Systems.
Reetika leads Wholesale Digital and Enterprise Innovation at Wells Fargo. The Wholesale Digital team is focused on accelerating the development and implementation of commercial and corporate and investment banking digital offerings and market-competitive capabilities. The team ensures our clients and partners are successful by providing access to critical digital tools, insights and information to help manage their business where and how they want it. The Enterprise Innovation team is focused on engaging Fintech, Venture Capital and Enterprise Partners as well as leveraging User Centered Design practices to drive digital solutions across Wells Fargo.
Prior to Wells Fargo, Reetika was the head of digital for the Commercial Bank at JPMorgan Chase, where launched best-in-class functionality across Commercial Banking digital. She also worked at Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) as the Global Head of Payments Strategy and Solutions. Reetika collaborated with SVB technology clients at all stages of their lifecycle to help them embed financial services products and solutions, leveraging the bank’s infrastructure.
Reetika continues to be passionate about elevating women within the fintech space and supporting innovation as she is on the Board of Women in Fintech, a non-profit that promotes education and networking. She is also on the Board of Fintech Sandbox, a non-profit that promotes data access to early-stage fintech entrepreneurs.
She has received multiple awards and recognition for her work in the payments innovation space;

Michael Pizzi is Executive Vice President and Global Head of Technology and Operations. He is also a member of the Morgan Stanley Operating and Management Committees.
Prior to his current roles, he served as Chairman and CEO of the Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association, and the Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A., Head of Digital Direct and Co‐Head of Equity Administration at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, leading ETRADE’s direct‐to-consumer, digital self‐directed business and co‐leading the equity administration business. Mr. Pizzi was Chief Executive Officer of ETRADE Financial preceding its acquisition by Morgan Stanley in 2020. At E*TRADE, he held several executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Corporate and Bank Treasurer, as well as roles in portfolio management and derivatives.
Previously, Mr. Pizzi worked in asset/liability management at both Lehman Brothers and First Maryland Bank, as well as in capital markets research for the Federal Reserve Board.
Mr. Pizzi earned a BA in Economics from Ursinus College. He is a CFA charterholder and holds the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation. He serves on the Ursinus College Board of Trustees and the board of Junior Achievement of Greater Washington.
Fred Lie is Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Banking Officer at Hanmi Bank, where he leads the bank’s digital strategy, deposit growth initiatives, and customer experience transformation. With more than 20 years of experience across banking, digital product development, and brand strategy, he brings a track record of driving innovation and measurable business results.
In his current role, Fred oversees deposit products, online and mobile banking, treasury management, onboarding, and merchant services. He takes a holistic approach to digital banking, aligning product strategy, user experience, and data-driven marketing to deliver seamless, secure, and intuitive client journeys while accelerating deposit growth.
Prior to his current role, Fred served as Senior Vice President and Head of Deposits & Digital Banking at Hanmi Bank, where he played a key role in modernizing the bank’s digital capabilities and expanding its deposit platform.
Before joining Hanmi, Fred was Director of Digital Products at CIT Bank, where he led digital transformation initiatives and managed a team of product managers. He architected a major overhaul of the online account opening experience and implemented advanced analytics and marketing technologies to optimize customer acquisition and engagement, while overseeing UX/UI design across consumer banking channels.
Fred holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
