Over the course of his time at Plaid, he has held roles spanning implementation, enterprise technical account management, account verification, and payment risk, giving him a hands-on view of how payment products are built, launched, and scaled.
Before joining Plaid, Shaffer was a Salesforce Functional Consultant at Deloitte Digital, where he led requirements and implementation work for custom web portal and CRM solutions.
