In his role as Vice President Digital Business Banking, Blaise MacNeil is responsible for ensuring FIS Digital Business Banking capabilities and products meet the needs of FIS clients in acquiring, maintaining and serving high value business banking relationships. Blaise leads the day-to-day management of the platforms and works with partners across the FIS organization in Product Management/Engineering, Implementations and Customer Service to ensure that these key platforms meet the needs of our FIS clients. In addition to day-to-day management of the existing products, Blaise is also responsible for gathering client insight/advice and other external perspectives which in turn is used to inform the development of future platform strategy and features/capabilities.   Prior to joining FIS Blaise worked for a consulting company that focused on technology platforms for financial institutions. He also has deep experience in the business banking space, having worked for more than 30 years for a large Canadian FI where he was responsible for the banks Business Banking digital platforms. He has extensive experience across all segments of business banking including small business, mid-market commercial and corporate transactional banking. In addition to his digital banking experience, he also held senior roles in deposit, cash/treasury and credit product management, banking operations and commercial banking sales/relationship management.
