In her current role, Diana is responsible for the development and execution of the Fintech vertical strategy, partnerships and growth initiatives for Key’s Commercial Bank. She is charged with growing and deepening external relationships across the fintech ecosystem, managing the sourcing, evaluation, and due diligence efforts for commercial partnerships and strategic investments.
Most recently, Diana built and led ‘Laurel Road for Hospitals’ within the Key-acquired fintech company Laurel Road, in that role she grew and developed relationships with Health Systems and mid-sized to large Healthcare companies.
Previously, Diana served as Laurel Road’s CFO. Prior to her Laurel Road roles, Diana held roles with progressive responsibility in Finance, Strategy and Capital Markets across Key and other financial institutions (previously, Fifth Third Bank and JP Morgan Chase)
Diana currently serves as a board member for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
