Dara Tarkowski is the Managing Partner of Actuate Law and Chief Strategy Officer of quointec, the Firm's RegTech subsidiary. Dara represents bank and non-bank financial institutions in several areas related to compliance, technology integration, regulatory advocacy, responding to government bodies and is also a member of the trial bar. Dara is a recognized thought leader, writer and speaker. She is a regular contributor to Breaking Banks podcast on provoke.fm, and is the host of her own podcast, Tech on Reg. Dara was named by American Banker as one of the Most Influential Women in Fintech as well as Innovate Finance's Women in Fintech Power List.
