Mr Eberling joined Western Alliance as Chief Information Officer for Western Alliance Bank in May of 2021. He has over 30 years of experience leading Software Development and Technology Transformations efforts in several industries. He left his CIO role recently to take a leadership role as Managing Director in Juris Banking.
Prior to joining Western Alliance Mr Eberling served as CIO at Forcepoint LLC where he was responsible for all of their cloud SASE delivery platform in additional to Security and operational IT leadership. As a leading cyber security solutions provider for the US Government he drove certification efforts for FedRamp while evolving their customer facing platforms. Mr Eberling previously held technology and GM leadership roles at Encore Capital Group, Quest Software, Kaiser Permanente and VerizonWireless where he worked after leaving the Marine Corps.
Mr Eberling has a Bachelors degree in International Finance and holds several technology certifications in Information Systems Design and Telco Engineering
