Shanthi Shanmugam

Shanthi Shanmugam is the Co-founder and CEO of Casap, a consumer-first disputes and fraud automation platform that transforms negative experiences into positive loyalty-building opportunities. She was named to Inc.'s 2026 Female Founders 500, an annual list honoring the most dynamic women business leaders in the United States.
Prior to founding Casap, Shanthi spent six years scaling Robinhood and launching multiple products including Crypto and 24/7 live support. She saw firsthand how inefficient back-office operations ate into the bottom line and led to terrible consumer experiences. With a focus on reducing cost, she found massive savings and consumer satisfaction in launching self-service flows and streamlining fragmented and regulated processes. She founded Casap to level the playing field and enable financial institutions to compete on the value they provide, building trust through truly differentiated consumer experiences at a fraction of today's cost.
