Lamont Young

Lamont Young is the EVP, Head of National Banking and Digital Channels at Citizens.

Young and his team are responsible for Omni Channel Client Servicing, Core platform Convergence and Consumer Modernization, the client experience for Citizens Access, Private Bank and the mobile and online banking servicing channels.

Prior to joining Citizens in 2012, Young held several leadership positions with Bank of America in online and mobile banking, digital sales, digital media, and content development. Before joining Bank of America, Young was the founder and CEO of a start-up firm that provided critical services to growth stage companies. Young, earned his BS in Marketing from Penn State University and his Master of Business. Administration from Winthrop University.

Young is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, the National Association of Black MBAs, and the American Marketing Association. He serves on the advisory boards for Mass Challenge Fintech, Winthrop University college of business, and Year Up. He is a member of Peer Health Exchange Boston and Ending the Cycle Inc.
