Prior to Chainalysis, Danielle served as Chief M&A Counsel at IHS Markit, assisting with the firm’s global mergers and acquisitions strategy and execution. Prior to IHS Markit, Danielle served as M&A counsel at Nielsen and spent several years in private practice.
