Brianna Elsass is the Vice President and Head of US Digital Servicing and Technology. In this role Brianna leads the digital efforts including long term strategic planning, manage the legacy desktop and mobile platforms, and lead the strategy and delivery of integrated North / South digital customer experience for the banks personal and retail digital platforms.

Brianna Elsass joined BMO Harris Bank in October of 2016 as the Head of US Digital. Prior to joining BMO Harris Bank, Brianna worked for Wells Fargo, Capital One, and Discover Financial Services where she held multiple leadership roles in digital and omni channel customer strategy.

Brianna holds a BA from University of Iowa and earned her MBA from DePaul University. Brianna serves on the board of Bear Necessities and the alumni board of The Washington Center. She enjoys traveling and taking photos.
